An important aid in most cleaning processes is the use of detergents. The foaming process allows the detergent to stay onto the surface for much longer increasing contact time for the detergent to break down the dirt.
Our foaming machine adds air rather than water to the detergent to produce foam that will stick to the surfaces. When the foam has broken down the dirt it will then be scrubbed and finally it is rinsed off normally or with a pressure washer if needed. The area is then normally cleaned off with a sanitizing solution.
The foaming process is very useful for cleaning walls, ceilings, girders in factories, warehouses and cold rooms. We find that our most popular use is for fabric wash downs from floor to ceiling in cold rooms.
